Nobody will scrutinise your accounts and your posts more than those who might be thinking of hiring you, so you’d better make sure that everything you post is accurate, engaging and informative. You need a niche in order to be a hot. If your subject is fashion it can be a bit broad. Even if you know lots about all aspects of fashion you need to target just one area. Shoes, accessories or dresses are potential areas of focus. There’s nothing stopping you running multiple accounts focussing on several different niches, but choose one to start with and stick to it. You should also be very open about the fact that you’re looking for sponsorship – mention it in YouTube videos or put it in your bio on Twitter or Instagram.
